Situated between Chelsea and Hudson River Park, 548 West’s 1st and 2nd floor spaces each feature 10,000 sq ft of space, 15.5ft+ ceilings, gorgeous glass windows, and classic steel details that define this beloved neighborhood. Our massive freight elevator opens directly into the space, allowing for easy load in and car activations. This transformative venue is perfect for a range of productions and events – ranging from intimate parties of 50, to gallery exhibits, fashion shows, experiential builds or more! Pair this floor with additional spaces in the venue for larger activations or incredible “entrance reveals.”

Previously home to DIA Art Foundation and Center, 548 is the preferred venue for NYC's most lavish productions, notably it's served as temporary residence for global brands like Fendi, Gucci, and Hyundai-Genesis.Built in 1920, the five-story Property has 100 feet of frontage along West 22nd Street and boasts 18-foot ceiling heights at grade with 16- foot ceiling heights above.
