In order to search the SfA platform an account is not necessary. However, creative professionals who wish to start a conversation and message back and forth with studios and/or book a studio need to establish an account with contact information.
For a studio owner to list their space on the SfA marketplace they need to open an account with details and images of their space, enter contact information and payment details so that they can receive payment.
