Recently, Space for Arts co-Founder Betsy Davison chatted with Traci Terrick, a co-Founder of Focus on Women.  Traci is creating a podcast series that is working to elevate the stories of women in the creative industry from photographers to filmmakers and all the production crew and creatives that work tirelessly to bring ideas to life.

Traci is the founder of Poppy Creative Agency, and is the host and interviewer. She's been in the creative industry for over 20 years and engages with women to hear about their creative journey and experience in the industry.

Focus on Women is on a mission to elevate and promote women in the photography and videography industry, from PA’s to Producers, Photographers, Directors, Art Directors and Photo Agents, giving them all a seat at the table. Helping to expand their community by providing the resources to connect with other like-minded organizations, attend networking and workshop events, find a mentor or volunteer to be a mentor and eventually, being able to create a directory that will let women hire all female crews.
