Book our south facing daylight studio with expansive views across Chelsea and The High Line from the 9th floor. It is 650 square feet with two bright white shooting walls, each 15' x 12’. Afternoon sunlight streams across our gloss white floor and east wall creating drama and intensity. It is perfect for your next fashion, beauty, still life or portrait shoot. We also make our space available to fashion brands as a showroom space.

Included amenities are wifi, stereo system, makeup table with mirror.

Rates:

Mon-Fri: $100 per hour - 4 hour minimum $720 day 9a-5p - 8 hours ($80 discount)

Sat: $125 per hour - 4 hour minimum $850 day 9a-5p - 8 hours ($150 discount)

Sun: $150 per hour - 4 hour minimum $1000 day 10a-6p ($200 discount)

Freight Elevator: Mon-Sat 7:30a-5:30p Sun closed (available at $125 per hour)
