Our Lofts are comprised of 3 Manhattan studios and a rooftop deck totaling 11,000 sq ft. All are easy to work in daylight lofts perfect for photography, film and video shoots and provide many elements of decorated home environments.

The Studio comes furnished. Everything not nailed down can be moved.

The Manhattan Studios are at 28 west 36th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue's, 2 blocks North of the Empire State Building.

The 11th Floor and Penthouse are each 4,500 sq ft with windows facing North, South and West.

The Penthouse has 4 skylights (amazing light), a beautiful country kitchen and a 16’ x 16’ set bathroom with an open shower and vintage claw foot bathtub.

The 10th Floor Studio is 2,000 sq. feet of raw space with a cement floor, windows on 3 sides, and 12 windows. 

The roof deck, famous for its view of the Empire State Building is directly accessed by 2 elevators and can be used with any of the studios.  The roof is an additional $1,400 for photo shoots / $2700 for video/film booked in combination with any of our Manhattan studios (we do not rent the roof alone).

• Rates are based on a 10 hour day.
• Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate.
• Additional charges for still photography:
  • $500.00/day Video on a still shoot
  • $175.00/ day Electric tie-in for 220v lights
  • $500.00/ day 20+ people on set
• Additional charges for film / video:
  • $450/ day Electric tie-in (200 amp 3 phase w/5 wire cam -locks)
  • $50/ hour Building freight elevator operator before 9am and after 5pm, 8 hour minimum required for Saturday and Sunday.

Required for Saturday and Sunday:

• $50/ yard Garbage (construction debris or sets by prior arrangement only)

Still Photography and Film/Video Shoots:

• $125/hr Building freight elevator operator before 9am and after 5pm, 4 hr minimum required for Saturday and Sunday.

Equipment Rentals:

We have a partnership for all Grip, Electric and Production Rentals with Double Down Lighting. Double Down Lighting offers free weekday 7am - 7pm curbside delivery and pickup to all of our clients. There is a $500/day fee for renting equipment from other vendors.

Included in the rental price with all of the studios are apple boxes, sand bags, V flats, a camera cart, auto poles & cross bars, a steamer, iron & ironing board, rolling racks, wireless internet, folding tables, all of the furniture and props and an i-pod ready stereo.
