Union Square is a delightful place to party or produce. We have hosted many video productions as well as events. The kitchen loft has appeared in many national TV shows and commercials. It boasts 16' ceilings, original wood floors and an impressive 72' brick wall complete with a double LG Studio kitchen. There is a lighting grid in addition to a back room for prep or back of house or video village. There are adjacent studios that can be added to the rental as dance floors or breakout rooms as well as outdoor patio.

  • We have 4K camera packages and a Tricaster 8000 plus crew ready to travel to your venue or work here in our spacious studios with our super-high speed scalable internet.

  • Our 3rd Floor Cyc Studio features a 45×35 foot curved-corner CYC wall, is 14 feet high, and can be painted any color. The studio comes standard with chroma green on both sides of the curve and a 12 foot section of white.
  • Our 2nd Floor Studio can be set up with pre-hung green screen cloth (additional charges apply)
  • All 3 studios / sound stages are in the same convenient Union Square location
  • We also have in-house compositing available at $145/hr as part of our video editing and full production services

  • Edit and compositing rates with editor and basic room are $145/hr  (2 hr Minimum)
