Terms and Conditions

We have the studio professionally cleaned and santized after every shoot, and provide hand santizer, cleaners, wipes, glaves and masks for every shoot. We also have a touchless thermometer avaialble upon request.

• Air Conditioning System has been serviced and is being cleaned thoroughly (again)this week
• Air Conditioning system runs 24/7 every day. You will be shown how to manage the temperature so you are all most comfortable.
• There are many Industrial windows and an open front door and back door allowing fresh air to flow through the space continually.
• HHS is cleaned & disinfected professionally between each shoot
• Your Site Rep will open the space and wipe down all surfaces, manage load in complications should there be any, and then stay “off site” available by cell/text for any questions. He then will await your 1 hour warning and will arrive to again wipe down all surfaces, close all windows and close down the studio.  We are keeping our site rep off site bc/of social distancing obligations.
• HHS has Covid signage on doors and wash stations, as well as a table at the door with a touch-less thermometer, touch-less sanitizing stations, masks, & gloves.                              We also have the same at each sink.  You are MORE than welcome to bring your own signage and cleaning aids as every renter has but we do have everything you need.
• HHS also has the ability to help you further socially distance, by making available up to 6 addl. monitors that can be stationed all around the studio and allow each crew member to work independently.  This requires a digit tech to come in and set it up and connect everyone($600) and place the monitors which requires monitor rentals ($150 each/day).      Let us know if you’d like to have this service added in.
