Street parking is available for a maximum of 7 cars.Equipment can be loaded into the space via the driveway.The interior of the home is not included in this rental.There are outlets available outside for use.Set-up and break-down are included in your booking time, additional time spent outside of these hours is liable for hourly overtime charges. You are required to remove your trash with you when you leave the property. No smoking is allowed on the property. Please be respectful of our neighbors, after 9pm music needs to be kept at a quiet level. A COI is required.
