STUDIO RENTAL

Rental and Payment

In order to secure a production date required:A signed production contract +50% deposit + Insurance Certificate. Payment for production is due in full, upon the first day of production, and includes all addl. charges (Props, Equipment, Etc.), Addl. Charges for Video/HMI use, Addl. Charges for larger groups.

Cancellation

Cancellations of all booked dates must be made within 48 hours for a full refund. Cancellations without sufficient notice, incur a fee equal to 50% of the full rental rate.

Insurance

A certificate of insurance is required within 72 hours of production. Renter shall maintain at Renter’s expense:

Public Liability and Property Damage Ins. a certificate with Feast or Folly, LLC & Santa Monica Hudson Assoc., LP as additionally insured. A combined single Liability limit of at least two million dollars insuring against all liability of Renter & Renter’s employees, representatives, agents, invitees, successors, and assigns arising out of connections with Renter’s occupancy, use of studio, and use of equipment.

Arrival & Parking

Up to 15 spaces in an attached gated parking lot. Free street parking (10 hours).

Drop Off & Pick Up

Please negotiate rental drop off & pick up ahead of time. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee. Certain requests pertaining to these logistics may incur addl. fees.

A loading zone & freight elevator are right at the double doors off Hudson Ave. The Studio Manager will assist in operating the freight elevator.

Studio Equipment

There are multiple equipment rental houses within blocks of the studio, and all deliver to the studio. Additional equipment is available for rental.

Cleaning

The renter is responsible for cleaning & trash removal after production.

Cleaning duties left incomplete by Renter’s crew will incur a cleaning fee of $100/hr. All shoots will incur a $250 fee.
