Hollywood Blackout Studio w/Cyc
Professional Photo/Video Studio located in Hollywood with parking. We have a kitchen, cyc cove, client area, 2 bathrooms, makeup room, wardrobe room, production office, reception area and 2 offices (see floorplans).

- If shooting beyond 8pm $200/hr.
- Cleaning Fee is every day which includes stocking things back up: $65/day.
About our studio
2500 sqft Blackout-2 Wall Cyc Photo/Video Studio-Wardrobe & Makeup Rooms-Kitchen Space-Discounted Equipment Rentals. We have HVAC and 2 bathrooms. Ceiling Ht 10' - 18'.

PARKING
My lot is located in the front of my building off Melrose. There are 2 doors to the building, Mine is the one on the left that says Garcia. I can fit 6 cars on my side of the lot. (but people have to park correctly). I only have half the driveway so people have to park to the LEFT OF THE YELLOW LINE (only). PLEASE RELAY THIS INFO TO YOUR CLIENTS AND CREW.- If available my neighbors may rent out their side of the lot which can fit an additional 3 cars for $100.00.
- Also I can acquire additional parking if I reserve in advance for up to 10 car's for $35.00 per car at a parking lot location 1/2 blocks east of my studio. There is an additional 2 & 4 hour parking in the neighborhood as well as meter parking on Melrose till 3pm.
- There is also all day parking on Gramercy Place which is 2 blocks east of my studio off of Melrose (it is hit or miss though) or you could have people park in the lot at 216 N Larchmont next to Riteaid which is about 1 1/2 mi. from my studio for $6.00 all day and Uber or carpool over.
