What makes our studio unique?
4000 sqft -- The space boasts a light filled studio with cyclorama, styling area and bathrooms on the ground floor with easy load in access direct from the carpark. A mezzanine level is fitted with two hair and make-up stations and overlooks the studio, providing guests with a private viewing platform.Established by a group of friends with diverse backgrounds in image making, Neighbors is designed to provide a high-end and personable experience. Beyond a space, Neighbors also operates as a production house offering full service assistance and handling of logistics. About our studio
- Neighbors is a 4000 sq ft full-service photography studio and production house in the heart of Greenpoint. Beyond the studio, our Neighbors in Greenpoint offer guests access to some of New York's best restaurants, cafes, boutiques and parks.

- Our studios have blackout capability.
- Each studio is subject to a $100 per day studio Manager fee.
- Each studio is subject to a $100 per Cleaning and maintenance fee.

On-Site Rental Equipment description:
- We own in house grip - and ask that we are able to bid on your photo equipment lists via our local expert network, we do not charge a corkage fee on shoots.
- Equipment rentals for studio shoots will be brought to your studio’s drop area by a studio team member.
- Only staff is allowed in the equipment rooms.
