• No smoking or fog machines• No loud music, bands, DJs or performances• No pets• No full nudity• Productions must carry liabity insurance • Windows/doors must be closed/locked and lighting, speakers and AC/heater turned off before leaving the studio.• Unit is not wheelchair accessible
