Our massive freight elevator opens directly into the space, allowing for easy load in and car activations. This transformative venue is perfect for a range of productions and events – ranging from intimate parties of 50, to gallery exhibits, fashion shows, experiential builds or more! The rooftop overlooks the Hudson River, features a classic restored Chelsea water tower, includes its very own kitchenette and bathroom, and has direct access to the massive freight. Pair this floor with additional spaces in the venue for larger activations, after parties, or incredible “entrance reveals.”
