Important! The Bathtub use is included with studio rent without water. We can fill it up with water for you for additional $149, which includes bath filling up, draining and cleaning all the components (hose, tubes, pumps, bathtub etc.) Please notify us if you'd prefer the bathtub filled up by the time your reservation begins. If you need to use any other liquids in the bath beside water, please contact us first. This studio was recently updated and has a different size/shape compared to the old PRO 1 studio. Please schedule a viewing or confirm via phone if the features you're looking for are still in this studio.

All our spaces are booked very quickly! Availability times are VERY time-sensitive. Your booking request should include the time for set up and break down. Reservations are placed back to back. Please keep this in mind while requesting your booking. Happy (photo/video) shootings!
