Terms and Conditions
- All outside equipment will need to bedelivered and picked up between rental hours. The Bridgepoint is equipped with four single-stall restrooms.
- There are no restrictionson outside vendors aside from security, WiFi, and valet.
- Caterers that are new to the location are required to complete a site visitbefore the event date.
- There is a kitchen prep area for the caterer set-up and storage adjacent to the main event space.
- The kitchen prep area comes equipped with a sink, commercial refrigerator unit, countertop, and power.
- The Bridgepoint does notprovide in-house catering, linens, glassware, flatware, or decor.
- The event space must be broom swept and emptied of allgarbage upon completion of the event, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice.
- There is a designated area forwaste pick up at the end of the rental period.
- 50% of the rental fee is due at signing.
