Independent photo studio & creative workspace located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with a ROOFTOP. We are an adaptable space that pushes the boundaries of a traditional studio by providing an unconstrained setting for photographers to explore and execute their creative vision.

Our relaxed environment combined with traditional studio functionality caters to virtually any type of shoot. The versatile space is available for photo projects, editorials & is a perfect venue for artistic visions.

Space is 2500 sq. ft. daylight studio with full southern exposure, it features 14 ft. high ceilings and 35 x 35 shooting area, oversized south facing windows with full blackout capability and concrete floors.

Our expansive rooftop serves as a perfect playground for outdoor shoots while the diverse neighborhood makes the studio an ideal hub for location shoots. All rooftop bookings require a certificate of insurance.

• Rooftop rental + $200 | Office space rental + $200
• Day rate is based on a 10-hour day. Shoot hours are 8am - 6pm.
• Overtime is billed @$200/hr after 6pm, @$300/hr after 8pm
• Surcharge for early / late hours (before 8 a.m, after 8 p.m.) $150
• Electric fee will be applied for continuous lights usage at the rate of $20 per 1K
