Terms and Conditions

1. Parking:

   • One designated parking spot is available in the alley.
   • Additional parking is available on 8th Street and in multiple nearby lots.
   • More parking options are available on weekends and evenings.

2. Minimum Booking Time:

   • The minimum booking time is 12 hours.

3. House Rules:

   • Please review the house rules before confirming your booking.
   • Failure to adhere to the rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.

4. Respect the Space:

   • All crews must ensure that furniture and photography equipment are returned to their original locations after use.

5. On-site Representative:

   • An on-site representative will be stationed in the private office to assist if needed, while remaining unobtrusive.

6. Liability Insurance:

   • Liability insurance is required for all bookings.

7. Alcohol Policy:

   • Alcohol is only permitted for events with the appropriate license.
   • Alcohol is not allowed for regular bookings.

8. Entrance Location:

   • The entrance to the studio is through the back alley between Mateo Street and Santa Fe Avenue.

9. Ambient Noise:

   • There may be some ambient noise from alley traffic.
   • While this typically does not interfere with filming, please consider it for any sound-sensitive productions.

10. No Air Conditioning:

    • The studio does not have air conditioning.
    • Please prepare accordingly, especially on high-temperature days.
