The Fruit is a creative art space which serves as a venue for performance art, events, parties, album releases, meetings, still photo/video shoots, weddings and more.

Every space inside the Fruit was styled with video and still photography in mind. Thoughout the building there are many eclectic wall textures, great for backdrops, with ceiling heights between 7ft to 13ft. Each area has its own style, malleable to your creative vision.

Walking into the building you arrive at the lounge and cafe. Most frequently used as an area to covene, the cafe has a chill and cozy vibe. A bricolage of furniture and decor, paired with plywood walls, add a hip and stylish backdrop.

The office has three large windows, allowing beautiful natural light into the space. Two rooms connected by a dilapidated half wall, the office provides a shabby chic feel. The chipped and worn paint feeds into an aesthetic of decay but in a building with modern conveniences and ease of use. The office has it's own private bathroom and can be climate controlled.

The black box theater side, this is your best option for blank canvas venue. No natural light options are available in this space, only string lights (theater lighting is available upon request). This is a very simple rectangle shaped area with concrete floors and 13ft tall ceilings. All walls are black painted brick. Depending on other scheduled events near the date of your shoot there may be a stadium for seating, a stage, or a marley dance floor in this space. In the attached loading bays, (divided from the black box theater area by privacy curtains) two roll up doors provide natural light options as well as the accessibility to drive a vehicle into the studio. Two u shaped lounge booths provide a night club feel in this smaller rectangle shaped room.

Patterned walls made from concrete, brick, cork, or cinder block, the basement has an assortment of backdrops available. No natural light possibility available but many outlets to plug light in where needed.

Rental rates The space comes as is.

General non commercial rental rates are available in half day and full day reservations. The reservations will allow access to all available shooting areas in the warehouse. 'Available' pertains to what other events are booked at the time of your shoot request. The Fruit is primarily an event space. This means that some of the spaces you see are apt to change from event to event.
