The Fruit is a creative art space which serves as a venue for performance art, events, parties, album releases, meetings, photo/video shoots, weddings and whatever else you can dream up.

Every space inside the Fruit was styled with video and still photography in mind. Thoughout the building there are many eclectic wall textures, great for backdrops, with ceiling heights between 7ft to 13ft. Each area has its own style, malleable to your creative vision.

Walking into the building you arrive at the lounge and cafe. Most frequently used as an area to convene, the cafe has a chill and cozy vibe. A bricolage of furniture and decor, paired with plywood walls, add a hip and stylish backdrop.

On the warehouse side, there is nearly 3000sqft multi-purpose space. With three metal roll up doors providing natural light options, painted brick walls, and black painted concrete columns this side of the Fruit provides an industrial style.

An L shaped porch wraps around the ground floor of the building. The exterior is painted brick. A portion of fencing is enclosed and available for private natural light shoots.

Rental rates The space comes as is.

General non commercial rental rates are available in half day and full day reservations. The reservations will allow access to all available shooting areas in the warehouse. 'Available' pertains to what other events are booked at the time of your shoot request. The Fruit is primarily an event space. This means that some of the spaces you see are apt to change from event to event.
