Terms and Conditions

We closely following all COVID-19 guidelines provided by the governing County Health Departments, CAL-OSHA and the CDC. Given the fluidity of the COVID-19 situation, we will be updating this protocol when necessary. Here are a few safety measures we are implementing to keep our clients healthy and safe.

SAFETY & PHYSICAL DISTANCING

• Our staff has been instructed to maintain appropriate distance from clients and to wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Our studio #2 has been converted into our staging area to sanitize/accept returned rental gear. The staging area is isolated from all clean rental inventory.

• Floor markings and signage will be used to designate appropriate pickup and drop off areas

• Customers are encouraged to place orders via telephone/email and to utilize our curbside pickup and return service.

• Carts and bins that are used for curbside pickups are frequently sanitized.

• Office workstations have been separated by plexi-glass dividers to ensure physical distancing.

• Our staff members work limited hours, only 2-3 staff per work area.

• Our staff will check incoming rental gear into inventory after it’s sanitized thoroughly.

CLEANING AND SANITATION

• Studios and equipment are cleaned daily, including restrooms and frequently touched areas and objects.

• Clients are encouraged to wear face coverings in our studios. But enforcement of our safety protocol will be the responsibility of each individual production.

• Hand sanitizer stations, tissues and trash cans are available to the public at or near the entrance of each studio.

• Our staff wears appropriate PPE for all tasks in the cleaning process including handling trash.

• No-touch faucets, trash cans and soap dispensers have been installed in each studio.
