We are a full-service rental photography and video studio, meeting and event space. Measuring 3000 square feet with 12 foot ceilings, we offer an open floor plan flooded with natural light in both of our south and north-facing space, along with fabulous views of the Empire State building.
Equipped with a chef's kitchen, designer furniture, 2 bathrooms, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity. We offer all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events.

- We do not carry any lighting in house, but all personal and outside vendor equipment is welcome.
- There is an HMI fee of $150 per day per space including jokers.
- We have 110 power with 15 and 20 amps throughout.
- Phase 3 power is available in Kitchen 7 with a distro box for $250 per day.
*All messengers should report to the 7th Floor office for all pick-ups and drop offs.

Our fantastic new Kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel applicances, an in island electric cooktop, hexagonal tile backsplash, and black sconces to create the perfect contrast.
We provide basic Kitchen equipment that is also included in the rental with our in house grip.
