About our studio
1500 square feet of raw commercial space inside a large wood shop in Bushwick, Brooklyn. This space has its own private entrance with side street access. The space has 13 foot high ceilings, plenty of windows, a skylight, industrial brick walls, and concrete floors all with the worn patina suited to this once industrial neighborhood. Our space would make the perfect loft space, warehouse, tech start-up offices, etc for your film/photo/music video shoot. This space is equipped with a sink and commercial grade electric and has two restrooms down the hallway. We also offer an hourly rate of $100/hr and are available for events, pricing on request.
