LUX and ASA is a photo, film and event location in Berlin. With its 300m², the studio offers lots of space for creative projects. The loft has retained its industrial charm and provides all the technical equipment for photo shootings, film projects, meetings or very special events. The owners Max and Jan work as freelance photographers and look forward to your visit and exciting projects in this hand-crafted studio. "The studio was designed with great attention to detail and according to our ideas of a creative workplace. We did not want to create a typical rental studio, but a place that supports our customers, in creative work".

Sustainability is very important to us. Our electricity is generated from solar energy and the entire area of ​the studio is heated with natural gas floor heating. In addition, we have a wood stove, which gives warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere. The spacious backdrop is the same hight as the ceiling 19ft. by 20ft. wide and extends 23ft. into the room - right and left is enough space for elaborate light structures. We have a fiber optic 100mBit synchronous line, which guarantees fast uploads and downloads for the hole crew. The studio is fully equipped with kitchen, make-up area, as well as ladies/gents toilets and a shower.
