This comfortable 650 square foot loft is ideal for photography and video. Quiet building of artists and makers with maple floors, wooden columns and 11 foot ceilings. The studio is situated on the second floor and has two west facing 3'x10' windows, that let in great light or can be completely blacked out using the built-in opaque curtains. The main shooting area is 15 x 24 feet. There is also a complete track lighting system with 24 fixtures that would make the space ideal for a pop-up art exhibit or other event.

There is a spacious 7'x7' freight elevator that loads onto the street. The dining table seats 6 people and there are 10 chairs available. There is a standing desk with a 21" iMac with speakers that you can use during your stay. There is a fast wi-fi system for use as well. There is more than enough electrical power for video and still shoots.
