Studio D is one of 4 within the building. It has beautiful exposed brick, high ceilings, flowing natural light, and an outdoor patio. We are located in Montclair NJ. Just 15 minutes from NYC, and a 2 minute walk to NJtransit station.

Designed to cater to photographers, agencies, producers, filmmakers, and brands alike, our facility offers four daylight rental photography studios. Studio A features a customizable prep kitchen. Studio B features a 47’ x 23’ seamless corner cyclorama wall and lounge area. Studio C features a fully functional ceiling grid and access to a private patio. Studio D features high ceilings, exposed brick and a private loading area.

We support some of the most innovative brands and creative talent by providing a transformative raw space to enhance the vision. Founded by makeup mogul Bobbi Brown and her husband, real estate developer Steven Plofker, design objectives are simplicity, function, and convenience. Exposed brick walls, industrialized windows, private parking, and large loading areas create an environment that meets the needs of the creative set.

Our most intimate space— The Annex is located across the street. The Annex offers an open space for gatherings, a lounge area with a bar and television, and a private lower-level for mingling. What's included with studio rental?
