Let us introduce you our gorgeous urban - vintage style 1800 sf Loft, located in the heart of Los Angeles, in the building, named Lily, that is a hundred years old yet perfect in every way. . Our loft is a stunning mix of beautiful brick wall, white ceiling lined with massive metal beams, white stone walls and rustic concrete floor. We have chosen every piece of furniture and decor in order to create unique yet cozy place where one can feel like home and do what he likes, shoot brilliant images. Our loft is filled with unique art pieces, like vintage piano, garlanded swing, 90's TV/VHS player, custom bar and much more. As an additional advantage for our clients we have fabulous, one of a kind tiaras, crowns, outfits from our talented designer, Kristina Shnyder, that anyone is more than welcome to use, as long as it’s used with care and respect (unfortunately, if you break it, you buy it). Our photo and video studio is perfect for: photo-video shoots, commercials, interviews, performances , galleries, fashion-art shows and anything your creative team needs! We do have full team on board so if you'll need any help creating - just let us know. We can provide photo/videographers, retouchers, make up artists, models, stylists and designers. In addition to all the above, we can help you with a custom sets for your shoots. We love to create and we care about every project as our own.

Location. We are located on the corner of Main str and 38th. The loft is on the first floor, has four entrances including a roll up door, loading zone, perfect for two vans or one box truck. The entrance doors are approximately 9 feet high, which is going to make unloading a breeze. 11 ft high ceiling.

Parking. We have plenty of street parking on Main Street that comes with restriction of 1 hr parking and no parking from 4 pm - 6 pm daily except weekends. There are plenty of parking on 38th street, except sweeping hours on Friday/Thursday from 12pm -2 pm (one side) and Friday and Thursday from 4:30am - 6 am on the other side. Thursday from 12pm -2 pm (one side) and Friday and Thursday from 4:30am - 6 am on the other side.
