COVID-19 STUDIO GUIDELINES

Maintaining public safety and awareness is a key component for all of us to get back into production. As we reopen, every person involved will need to collaborate, contribute and bring a sense of personal responsibility to the workplace.  At Ruby Bird, we are here to help you navigate this new terrain and look forward to assisting our clients as we work towards a new future. We are all in this together.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be utilized at all times, including gloves, goggles, face shields, and masks that cover the nose and mouth.

Make sure that PPE is consistently and properly worn, regularly inspected, maintained, and replaced as necessary.

PPE must be properly removed, cleaned, and stored or disposed of to avoid contamination of self, others, and the work environment.

Clients are required to wear a mask and gloves when interacting with our staff. A mask and gloves should be worn at all times by all persons while on set and while entering and exiting the studio and building, and in elevators.

Our Staff & CLEANING ROUTINE

We follow a 2x disinfecting routine. Studios, offices, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned with antimicrobial and antibacterial cleaners before and after every booking
