This DTLA studio is offered as production location for photo shoots, filmed interviews, commercial shoots or more.

Featuring a 600 sqft of raw space, clean white walls, high ceilings, raw brick wall, and polished concrete floors.

FEATURES & INCLUDED AMENITIES:

- 12' high ceilings - Chairs, mirrors, rolling racks, steamer - Smooth white walls & a raw brick wall for wide range of shoot concepts - Refrigerator, private restroom, microwave - Lift door for easy load-in/out - We are pet-friendly, as long as you clean up after them! Please notify us what type of pet you may be bringing prior. - Bluetooth Speakers - High speed WiFi - 3 Strobe Lights - Lunch area with table and chairs provided.

RATES:

- $35/hr - $10 per backdrop, backdrop stand included. Backdrop colors available: pure white, fashion grey, and black. - If glitter, confetti, flour, chalk, etc is used during photo shoot a $100 cleaning fee will be applied. - If photographer or stylist is needed, one can be provided at an additional cost.

THE LOCATION:

- Located near the arts district in Downtown Los Angeles (near 8th St. and Olympic Blvd) - Close to the 5, 10, 60 and 101 freeways. - Street parking along with Private parking lot available. For private parking must have confirmation number of parking spaces needed 24 hours prior.
