Terms and Conditions

In an effort to protect our clients and staff from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, LME Studios will be establishing new policies and practices to provide a safe working environment for all productions. Please find our new guidelines, below:

LME STUDIOS RESPONSIBILTIES

• -Sanitation Stations: LME Studios will provide hand sanitizer that will be visible & available in all areas of the studio

• -Contactless Dispensers: All hand soap and hand sanitizer dispensers are contact-free

• -Disinfecting: LME Studios will wipe down all surfaces throughout the day including but not limited to: kitchen counters, bathroom counters, all door handles and faucets

• -Sanitized Set: Prior to a productions arrival, LME Studios will disinfect the studio with an extensive and thorough cleaning

• -Staff: All LME staff will wear masks at all times and will monitor for symptoms including checking temperature, daily

• -Equipment Sanitation: LME Studios will sanitize all equipment and digital items prior to your production, as well as when they’re returned

  WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CLIENTS

• -Maintain at least 6 feet apart unless absolutely necessary

• -Face coverings will be worn by cast/crew when not on camera, at all times

• -Avoid any unnecessary physical contact: Limit handshaking, closed meeting spaces, hugging, or any other physical contact that is not necessary for the job or role

• -We encourage the crew to frequently wash their hands with soap and water

• -“Buffet or Communal” style catering will not be allowed

• -No admittance for symptoms of respiratory illness, including fever or cough

• -We encourage “No Item Sharing” when possible

• -No kitchen utensils, plates or cups of LME will be allowed to be used during this time

• -Please refrain from coming in and out of the studio unless necessary

• -All crew member must sign and return the Covid-19 Liability Release

  STUDIO CAPACITY

• -As the state (CA) slowly reopens, we will limit our maximum studio capacity. As restrictions ease, we will allow more crew members into the studio at a single time. As ofSeptember 10th, 2020, our maximum capacity will be15 crew members and 1 LME Studio Managerin the studio. More than 15 crew members is subject to approval.

• -No unannounced visitors on set

• -Only crew members on the call sheet and who have completed a Covid-19 Liability Release, will be allowed in the studio
