Industrial Multi-Purpose Hollywood Studio
Our aesthetic is simple and raw. We have a loft style space on the ground floor with easy load in/out access. We are located in the heart of the Hollywood media district.
About our studio
Our aesthetic is simple and industrial with white brick, exposed wooden beams and steel. We have excellent natural light, especially in the afternoon. Black out panels also available
Main studio is 1900 sq ft with 14' ceilings (up to the lowest beam)
Our full studio (4600 sq ft) also has smaller rooms available for rehearsals, production spaces and craft services that can be added on to any production additional fees may apply: Front Studio: Look & Feel is a Dance Studio. 500 sq ft
Front small room: Look & Feel is a photo room. 130 sq ft
Medium studio: functions as a green room/crew room. 240 sq ft
Back outside space: excellent for catering set-up, food trucks etc
We have been used for photo shoots, TV productions, music videos, dance videos, interviews and more.
Also available: Tables & Chairs, Basic sound system, front entrance/check-in area, wifi
For additional fee we can provide: Mirror panels, piano, staging, light wall and some decor options.
