About our studio
Perfect setting for TV and Movie Sets, Commercials, Music Videos or Events. We have a 2,500 sqf empty warehouse space with great brick walls and wood ceiling (10-12' height) and 2 great bathrooms. Great natural light. We also have an empty "front office" recently painted white, with fantastic natural light that could be used as a green room - 320 sqf with bathroom and a walk-in old safe! Thirdly, we can rent the small operating business (lamp making) occupying 5,000 sqf with warehouse, offices, and bathroom, also with plenty natural light and skylights. Power available is 240, 3-phase. Parking lot is secured with automatic (brand new gate and iron fence) enough for 35 cars. We're near Slauson and Western, fairly close to the 110 FWY with ample access for big trucks, etc. Premises are pretty clean and well taken care of, although it is a warehouse/studio. We do have some printers in-house so we can also offer to print signs, walls, etc. (up to 8'x4') if needed.
