Bridge St. DUMBO Renovated Factory Warehouse
Location built in 1912 and featuring its original brick walls, towering wooden doors, and high ceilings, this renovated, former metal factory is a versatile filming location. With over 8,000 square feet of space to shoot in, and a large, open floor plan, this production space is perfect for both film and photography. The renovations to the building highlight its industrial past, a past emphasized by its location in DUMBO, Brooklyn, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with long stretches of skylight. The renovations make this space easy to use for both historical and modern applications, and its location in DUMBO make it convenient to travel to. Along with the main space, it also included a kitchen, private bathroom, and 2 green rooms as well as a loading dock to make loading and unloading equipment easier.

About our studio
Built in 1912 the restored 8,000 sqft. landmark building stays true to the architectural and historical character of the DUMBO Historic District. Once a metal factory, the newly renovated venue boasts high ceilings, skylights and hardwood floors.

We can work with you if you need any additional time! If you need more than the twelve hour limit that a day booked is considered, contact us and we will work with you.
Either the person that booked your shoot or the manager of the location you are shooting in will be on-site to assist you and your crew. We try to make the pre-production process very organized to make sure that your shooting day goes as smoothly as possible.
We do not provide any equipment. We are generally not responsible for any equipment or items left overnight in any of our production spaces. However, it is possible to coordinate with us and our security team if you would like to leave things overnight.
