ViV Will Provide:

Sanitized high-touch surfaces prior to arrival

Touchless hand soap at every sink

Single use hand towels at every sink

COVID-related signage throughout the facility

Reduced staff interactions

Sanitized rental equipment

Studio quarantine day between rental clients, when possible

Pop up tents (2) and folding tables (2) and chairs (8) for meals and breaks outside.

ViV Asks:

ViV waivers must be signed and returned electronically by all attendees prior to entry into studio.

Maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet from others

Wear face mask covering both mouth and nose at all times. No bandanas.

Avoid touching face, mouth, nose & eyes

Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

Cover coughs and sneezes

Use hand sanitizer frequently and after touching high-traffic surfaces

Disinfect high-traffic surfaces frequently (including photo equipment)

Provide and use single use, pre-packaged food & beverage, utensils and cups

Operate a check-in procedure to verify the compliance, preparedness and wellness of all attendees. Have all paperwork signed and returned prior to the shoot.

Appoint a Health & Safety Officer to maintain compliance of all attendees and a clean & sanitary work environment

Supply ample KN95 masks and PPE for all present

Supply hand sanitizer for all present

All attendees arriving via public transportation, car-share, or other means which cannot maintain infection control standards should bring a sealed change of clothes.

Please stagger arrival times of all attendees to avoid congestion at the entrance.

Serve meals outside when possible and stagger meal breaks to maintain social distance & limit the number of people removing masks at any given time.

Please advise attendees to exercise infection control procedures when using restrooms (disinfect, use, disinfect). Do not remove mask in restroom.

Please dispose of all trash, recyclables and used/ contaminated PPE in proper receptacles.

Tape off photographer-only area, digital tech-only area, HMU-only area, etc.

Assign specific equipment and work areas to specific people and/or departments.

Quarantine or appropriately disinfect wardrobe, HMU supplies, props, etc.

Utilize technology to facilitate remote viewing and limit crew.
