Terms and Conditions

- Time includes set-ups and break-downs. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period.

- Any length of paper that gets damaged or dirty is $2.99/ft.

- You are not allowed to cut the backdrop paper. If you need the paper to be cut, you must ask our staff to do it.

- No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs are permitted.

- No smoking in the studio is permitted. If your project involves any type of smoke, you need to notify the studio’s management in advance.

- Our standard prices will allow us to have up to 10 people on your team. There will be a $5 fee for each person over 10.

- If there is any damage to the Facility (property or equipment) by Client, the Client is responsible to pay for the damage repair before check-out time and it will be calculated based on the size of the damage.

- No one will be accepted to enter the studio who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

- If your project involves shooting any specific and irregular item or subject, or specific instruction is needed, the Client must inform and explain the project to the Company prior to the reservation. The Company has the right to stop the shooting and ask the Client and the party to leave immediately if the Company’s representative observes irregular activities.

- All equipment, furniture, and items used for the shooting need to be put back in the same condition as they were when the Client arrived. The trashes must be collected in the provided trash cans. For the groups of more than 20 people, there will be a cleaning charge of $25. If any cleaning is needed by the company, additional charges may apply.

- Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics.

- No pets are allowed in the studio, unless with prior agreement with the studio’s management at the booking time.
