It has a reinforced cyclorama wall that can accommodate anything, even cars and motorcycles. It has dedicated parking right in front of the unit, as well as a large roll-up door for fast load-in/out.
About our studio
Awesome ground-floor studio with dedicated large cyclorama wall (14' high 20'x20'x12') with full makeup area, bathroom, office area, two parking spaces directly in front of unit and a rollup door in front of parking spaces for quick load-in/load-out.
Absolutely perfect for any video, photo or film studio projects of any sort: headshots, editorial, fashion, portrait, commercial, and product shoots and photography. It's also a great space for casting, meetings, and rehearsals. Note: space is not soundproof.
The rollup door may be kept open for a substantial amount of natural light to be let in (it faces east and gets sun half of the day).

Rental rate:
$50/hr 8 hrs weekdays 8hrs and 8 hrs+ $45 (10% discount)
$60/hr weekends 8hrs and 8hrs+ $54 (10% discount)
Studio located at the 5/134 interchange, very close to Americana, Target, Home Depot and Golden Road Brewery, as well as multiple fast food and coffee locations.
Rental hours are 8AM-8PM M-F and Sat-Sun 9AM-8PM; however, if you need to rent outside of these hours, we can accomodate.
