This studio is located in a repurposed factory building, built in the 1800s. It is a historical landmark; and the first payphone in America was built here. The space has a charming essence that cannot be replaced with modern architecture.
About our studio
Afterglow Studio is a natural light studio space located in the heart of Parkville, the arts district of Hartford, Connecticut. Located in a beautiful repurposed factory building, the industrial wood floors and white brick walls are historical and irreplaceable. The space consists of a large lofted studio with a 15 foot ceiling. Our 10 foot windows provide stunning natural light and cover the entire outer wall. There is a separate room attached; complete with windows covering the outer wall for natural light. This room can be used for more photos, a changing area, a break room - anything you'd like. There is access to a bathroom a few doors down in the hallway, and we are equipped with WiFi.
