Terms and Conditions:

  1. Booking requests must be paid in advance and in full within 24 hours upon receipt of invoice to confirm the date & time of the booking.

  2. Cancellations that are submitted less than 30 calendar days prior to the booking start time are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 calendar days prior to the booking start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  3. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.

  4. All guests must be 18 years or older. ID may be required to verify age. 21+ if alcoholic beverages are present.

  5. The maximum number of guests allowed must not exceed 35 people total. This includes all guests, staff, and any additional individuals who may be present during the booking.

  6. No smoking is allowed on the premises.

  7. No pets are allowed on the premises.

  8. No wax candles are allowed. Battery-operated candles or flameless alternatives are permitted.

  9. No glitter is allowed. Any decorations or materials used during the booking must be approved in advance.

  10. No body oils are allowed. Any use of oils, lotions, or other personal care products must be approved in advance.

  11. No standing or sitting on tables is allowed.No standing on couches or sofas is allowed.

  12. No fog, haze, or smoke machines of any kind are allowed.

By booking with us, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed above. Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of the booking without refund.

To ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, we have implemented a security camera system on the premises. However, please note that the cameras are not under constant surveillance, except when there is a report of missing or damaged items. Their primary purpose is to serve as a deterrent and assist in the identification of any potential incidents.We understand the importance of your privacy, and we want to assure you that the footage will only be used to maintain safety and security. By entering our premises, you acknowledge and agree to the existence of the security camera system.
