HOUSE RULES:

-No smoking inside the building

-Please help me be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a minimum

-We maintain the right to be on location for the entirety or portion of the rental.

-There is no garbage or recycling on site at this time. Please plan to take all waste with you at the completion of your rental

-This space is typically used as a photography studio for dogs. As such, it may not work for this with severe dog allergies

-The projection wall is a level 5. For this reason, you are strictly forbidden from hanging, taping, leaning, or otherwise attaching or letting anything other then light touch this wall. Thank you for your cooporation.
