COVID-19 PROTECTION PLANOur client’s health and safety is our main priority.We have implemented the following guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for your cast and crew.HEALTH SCREENING & TEMPERATURE CHECK

• We screen everyone with a health survey upon arrival which is based on CDC guidelines. This screening assesses an individual’s health status and gives you an opportunity to report signs and symptoms of Covid-19 prior to entering the premises.

• This survey can be completed on your iOS or Android device with our QR code at check-in.

• Everyone entering the building is also given a non-contact temperature check. Anyone with a temperature of 100 and above will not be permitted into the building.

PPE & SOCIAL DISTANCING

• Masks and face coverings are required at all times
• Complimentary Masks, Gloves and alcohol wipes for your devices are available at check-in
• Gloves are recommended throughout the day and required when handling all equipment
• We ask that everyone practice 6ft social distancing when possible and avoid congregating in groups

SANITIZING & DISINFECTING

• We have installed hand sanitizing and handwashing stations throughout the studio
• Our staff disinfects touchpoints and common areas every hour using EPA approved products
• All in-house Equipment is sanitized prior to being placed on the stage for you using EPA approved products
• Our cleaning crew deep cleans and disinfects the entire studio prior to your arrival and every evening after eachwrap using EPA approved products
