Welcome to our daylight photo studio in the heart of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Open floor plan photo studio with a fully renovated professional kitchen. Our goal is to provide a professional, yet laid back and intimate creative space that feels like home.   Book together or separately, we are here to help your next shoot / event / workshop.

• Studio Booking

A full day is 10 hours and a half-day is 5 hours. The clock starts when the first crew person arrives and the clock stops when the last crew person leaves. You may stay as needed; however, overtime charges will apply.   There is an overtime charge of $125/hr once it goes past your rental time.  

• Equipment Return Policy

To waive any in-house equipment rental charges, please return unused equipment to the studio manager on-duty at the front desk. The cut off time for returns is 11:00am. Sub-rentals and used expendables are not eligible for return.

• Messenger Drop off / Pick up

All deliveries must be approved and arranged prior with management. Weekend deliveries cannot be guaranteed and are based on weekend studio hours. We are not always opened on weekends. A detailed and itemized list of any packages must be sent prior to the shoot for storage reference.    For next-day pickups, see front desk for messenger pick-up forms and time coordination. All pickups must be properly labeled & ready to go for next morning unless notified. Studio is open for messenger pick up and drop off between 9:30am to 5:30pm.

• Parking

There is street parking only. Parking spots can be found on Stagg St. (our street) and neighboring streets Bogart St. & Meadow Street are recommended. Best time to find parking is before 9am.

• Power

Studio can handle up to 120 volts and 260 amps of power via distro “lunch box” free to use - There are 5 breakers (20 amps each). 2K are the maximum lights that we can run here. In addition, we have several standard wall outlets.

• Freight Dimensions

Our freight elevator is fully automatic. The inside elevator dimensions are 104” in width and 83” deep. The inner front height is 117” and the inner back height is 142”. The elevator door opens up to 6’ in height x 7’ in width. Please inquire if you have any concerns regarding oversized or irregular-shaped items.   Our building has a large loading dock next to the main building entrance making the freight elevator easily accessible.
