Very private 325 sq ft Photo/Video Studio for rent for all types of shoots. We invite every photographer and film maker to try our affordable and welcoming rental spot. It's situated on the street level, but protected from the street light and sounds. We have our own dressing room and bathroom and is suitable for long term rent (more than 5-6 hours). Also it's very easy to reach as it's situated few minutes away from two subway stations and a bus line.

In the rent included: Rent of the studio + 3 Backgrounds (Black, Grey and White) + Umbrella 3 Backdrops Lighting Kit.

Also we have extensive list of additional equipment for photo/video shootings, please check availability with the manager.

We keep the price the rent the same for every type of shooting: photo/video/product/commercial. It is $32.5/hour literally for EVERYBODY.

Our special long term rent offer: Full day - $325. Two days or more - $275/day.
