At Aures London we take our responsibilities towards the health and safety of our staff, guests and clients very seriously.
That is why we have launched our #KeepMeSafe Campaign that includes strict new procedures, and the policy covers actions to help reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19 between those working at and visiting our venue. This includes enhancedcleaning, social distancing guidelines, mask wearing and increased venue ventilation.

We use an innovative cold fog of hyphochlorous acid or eWater that delivers odourless, non-toxic ‘dry mist’ continuously throughout the venue. Fogging has the benefit of safely covering large areas and effectively killing airborne pathogens to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.
Our staff will be wearing masks and protective equipment throughout the event. Our staff will complete a daily ‘fitness for work’ check prior to the show starting to ensure they are all fit and healthy. This will be closely monitored by our team to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client must provide a main point of contact responsible for health and safety planning and actions.
Client must provide a detailed call sheet and risk assessment at least 1 week prior to the shoot.
Client must ensure all staff register at reception to be checked off the production-supplied call sheet. Only those listen on the call sheet will be allowed entry to the venue.
Aures recommend the Client test all its staff prior to entering the venue.
Aures’ staff are tested regularly.
