5000 sqft - located 2 miles east of the Greek Theater and in close proximity to Silver Lake, Burbank, and Hollywood - is an ideal pick on the edge of Los Angeles' urban sprawl. We offer a space for creative and diverse events. We have legal occupancy for close to 300 people, an outside element, an abundance of natural light and high ceilings, and a host of aesthetics to suit various themes.

About our studio
This location is a vignette of various architectural looks and abundance of natural light providing endless creative possibilities listed below: When a production arrives, the following are available to them: a bank of Moorish arched windows, 2 -12 foot custom walnut castle doors that open on to a limestone permitted shooting patio arcade, a three walled photo cove, a dressed European loft, a 19th century styled staircase, a modern kitchen, and two-story glass modern office suites along with 4 bathrooms, and 3 separated hair and makeup areas.
After 23 years, we closed to complete a massive renovation. Since 2016 we've been working with our team of artisans, craftsmen and designers to create a modern boutique location with a European flavor, showcasing many new shooting options. Rebuilt using original early-1900’s red Simons bricks, spaces feature an authentic reconstruction of the iconic arched windows that have always been the soul of the studio.

Parking
We have well-planned parking, loading, and free parking all in a very safe neighborhood. We are located within The Link apartments facility. Enter the garage labeled "Leasing/Retail" on San Fernando and park at any of the spaces labeled for "Studio Parking Only." Additionally, street parking is free and available, especially after 6 pm every day.
