Our studio is a 2nd floor unit in the 1444 Dupont complex. The studio is set up for both photography and videography, and the space has been treated to be usable for most live sound recording requirements. Included is a wardrobe/make-up room, kitchen, and restroom. On request, we can set up the large green screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the floor plan.

The Studio features a lounge area that can be used as a waiting room. The working space is 26’ x 26’ and has a wood floor finish.  Lots of elbow room here. 

If you are recording live sound (eg. an on-camera host) we may be your most economical choice in the city. We will transform the space into a noise-resistant environment.

Casting sessions work very well because visitors enter the lounge first when they arrive and can register while others are auditioning in private.

• $150 minimum - up to 2 hours
• $200 for 3 hours
• $60 per hour for 4 hours +
• 9th hour is free - rate continues 10th hour +

Your studio booking INCLUDES, as required, supervision and general advice from Robert, all the lights you need (incandescent, LED, strobe/flash), any background papers if used for background only (not stood upon), and all props, furniture, triggers, reflectors, filters, stands, etc that are in the studio. 

The cost for a pristine section of background paper to stand on is $20 per 5 feet. Paper with a few footprints, is $10 to stand on. Specialty items could cost a little extra eg. fog machine, camera rental. Please inquire.

We will set up your requested lights and make sure they are functioning properly.  If you need us to actually design lighting and/or shoot for you, inquire for our services.

Parking:

• There is a parking lot just outside our front door.  You can park in any free spot despite what the signs say, as long as it is not in front of loading areas (garage doors). People always manage to park somewhere nearby.  The lot has plenty of free spots on weekends.
