Monday - Thursday -- $2750

Friday / Sunday -- $3300

Saturday -- $3850

Holidays -- $4400

The following rules are in place to preserve and protect this historic landmark:

• No hammering, drilling, or otherwise putting nails or any kind of anchors in walls.

• No stapling to interior or exterior windows or doors.

• No painting any surface without prior written approval.

• No tape of any kind is to be used on floors and surfaces. Sandbags and chalk are acceptable.

• No placing foreign objects into the fountain.

• No dumping liquids or solids, i.e., beverages, dirty water from dishes, food, etc in the planted areas. Planted areas must be protected from traffic, equipment, props, etc. via caution tape.

• No fireworks.

• No smoking.

• Production must protect all floor surfaces in the building. Equipment, set dressings, props, etc. must not be dragged across the floor. Floor protection is required under all equipment. Production will pay to repair floors in the event any damage occurs according to the following fee schedule:

Minor Surface Damage to Sealer >400 Square Feet: Visible surface scuffs and scratches of the clear topcoat localized within a single area that is 400 square feet or less.

Minor Surface Damage To Sealer in Multiple Non-Localized Areas: Visible surface scuffs and scratches throughout the space will require a resealing application to the entire space.

Main Larger Room: $5,600. Smaller Partition Room: $2,400.

Major Surface Damage: Surface damage that gouged the coating past the sealer and removed  the stain, or damaged the concrete floor surface will require complete removal and reapplication of the  floor coating.

For small, localized areas where the damage can be touched up to match to the existing and  >400 Square Feet.:$3,200

For major surface damage or gouges into concrete in multiple areas.

Main Larger Room: $11,200. Smaller Partition Room: $4,800. Entire Space: $13,500

• All trash and debris must be removed from the Property at the conclusion of the project.

PHOTO SHOOTS:

Production must have General Liability and Property Damage Insurance of at least, but not limited to, $1,000,000.00, naming Huron Station 404, Inc. and its owner, employees, agents, and contractors as additionally insured and provide Owner documentation of said insurance no less than 24 hours prior to the shoot.

FILM SHOOTS:

Productions must be in compliance with Film LA, and all local permitting requirements and regulations. Neighborhood parking is not available for film crews without proper permitting.

Production must provide COI verifying General Liability insurance covering the Property and Owner of at least $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, third party property damage covering the Property and Owner in the amount of at least $1,000,000.00, and errors and omissions insurance in a customary amount, each such policy namingnaming Huron Station 404, Inc. and its owner, employees, agents, and contractors as additionally insured. Production shall provide Owner documentation of said insurance no less than 24 hours prior to the shoot. If said Certificate of Insurance is not provided as required herein, Owner may cancel this Agreement and Producer shall forfeit any and all monies paid.Film shoots must bring a generator, and may not utilize house power for shoot days. House power is available for use on prep and wrap days only.

Film shoots must facilitate layout/floor protection.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS: Producer must strictly comply with all federal, state and local law, rules, regulations, ordinances, orders, pronouncements and recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Producer is required to take all necessary precautions to ensure that the Property is safe and sanitary to mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus which causes COVID-19.

Production assumes all risks and hazards related to the presence of COVID-19 at the Property.
