*PAYMENTAll payments are final and never refunded including if the client cancels.
Rescheduling is only available 72+ hours in advance. There is a $75 fee for rescheduling. All rescheduled bookings must move to a Mon-Fri at the original price.
A fee is charged at owner discretion for spills, food, glitter, stains, items left behind, or broken items at new cost. Fee is final once assessed.
$75 minimum cleaning fee required for excessively dirty studio and large groups or production crews exceeding 10 people. Additional charges may apply.
Maximum of 10 people in the renter's party. Additional fee of $10 per person over the limit will apply (up to 20 people).
WE HAVE THE DISCRETION TO CHARGE FOR ADD-ONS UTILIZED DURING YOUR SESSION TIME.
ALL ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED TO CARD ON FILE AFTER BOOKING AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE.
*TIME IN STUDIORental time begins promptly at the booked starting time and ends promptly at the booked ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late.
Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental.
Overtime will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes beyond the contracted end-time of the rental period when the Renter is either still using or cleaning up the studio space. Bookings that extend 15 mins past the scheduled booking end time will be charged at the base rate per 15 minutes.
If you need additional time and a studio available you can purchase additional time (if permitting) at studio hourly rate before your end time.
*CYCLORAMA & SEAMLESS PAPERDO NOT walk on the CYCLORAMA with shoes unless they are TAPED, and if you must we provide covers.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
DO NOT STAND ON THE CURVE OF THE WALL OR LEAN ANY EQUIPMENT/PROPS ONTO IT.
ONLY C-STANDS WITH TENNIS BALLS ON THE FEET ALLOWED ON THE CYCLORAMA.
A $100 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED IF THE CYC WALL IS EXCESSIVELY DIRTY OR REQUIRES REPAINTING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please refrain from taping our paper drops, please utilize sandbags/apple boxes to reduce tears.
A $15/full sweep add-on charge will be added to your booking if you roll paper out to be used as a full sweep, per color.
- A $30 charge will be added if the seamless paper is damaged and must be cut.
Excessive backdrop damage can be cut off only by PH staff.
Rental gear is available based on a flat fee per item, per session.
If you do not know how to use the gear, you are required to hire an in-house studio assistant at $25 per hour.
You will be billed the assistant fee of $25 per hour, for the entirety of your booking, if our studio concierge assesses that you don’t know how to properly handle our equipment and must step in to assist you.
*FURNITUREFurniture can be moved within the space and used for production + event purposes. You are free to move things around as needed, but please return everything to its original location.
Some of our larger items like the glass table, makeup table & mirror, wooden armoire and tv console should not be moved without prior request.
Additional tables can be provided upon request.
*ADDITIONAL INFORenting party must provide proof of insurance.
No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent.
No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
