Terms and Conditions

All estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Actual amounts are subject to a trade variance of 10%—15%. Fees and expenses quoted are for the original project description only and for the uses specified. Signed estimate and 100% deposit of project space/creative direction fees due 60 days prior to load-in/project start date (unless noted otherwise above); 100% of production/rental/vendor costs due 30 days prior to load-in/project start date. CREW cancellation fees are as follows: 50% of fees (plus any expenses incurred) due if canceled 2 weeks prior to project start date; 100% of fees (plus any expenses incurred) due if canceled within 1 week of start date. PROJECT SPACE & CREATIVE DIRECTION fees are nonrefundable. Final production billing to follow within 10 business days post-wrap.
