Timothy Hogan Studio
Fully equipped 2400 square ft. multi-room rental studio designed for motion and photography productions located near the Art’s district in Downtown Los Angeles right off the 7th street bridge. We have designated parking spots available for your crew in a gated parking lot with a parking attendant. The building is in a charming neighborhood and has a loading dock for unloading gear and equipment.
About our studio
Timothy Hogan Studio is a fully equipped 2400 square ft. multi-room rental studio designed for motion and photography productions located in Downtown Los Angeles. Whether you’re planning a still life or fashion shoot, the concrete floors and white walls make it a great space for multiple types of productions. The main shooting area can handle a crew of up to 10 people. A client area is also available on site with comfy couches, espresso machine, and large windows for letting in natural light. Blackout curtains are available so you may have total control of the lighting while shooting.
In addition to a large shooting area perfect for medium sized productions, our studio has its own wardrobe and makeup room with clothing racks and shelves for glam crew. Our kitchen is equipped with coffee, a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, plates, and silverware. Our bathroom is crystal clean with scented candles. Heat and AC is available on site.
Base rate: $1200/ day Additional equipment and gear available for rent at an additional cost
OVERTIME:
$225/hr 10-12 hours
$300/hr 12-14 hours
