Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Although we do not require a deposit for a confirmation, once a studio is confirmed via e mail, there are no cancellations and clients are responsible for the full days rental fee for any studios confirmed. Any client that has a secondary hold and challenges a client with a first hold for a date understands that there are no cancellations once the challenge has been placed.

INSURANCE:  A Certificate of Insurance naming Dakota Studio Inc. as additional insured is required prior to your production.

PAYMENT

• Payment in full for studios and any miscellaneous charges, including equipment and overtime, is due on the day of production or in advance through Space for Arts.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:  Dakota Studio has an extensive line of in house lighting and grip equipment. You are welcome to bring in your own equipment at no charge or you may ask us to supply a quote for your equipment needs. All in house equipment is a la carte.
