Terms and Conditions

Five hour minimum.

No pets

No smoking anywhere in the building

No open flame or pyrotechnics

No Smoke Machines

No alcohol consumption or selling

Please leave the space in the condition that you found it

Guests must provide a certificate of insurance and valid permits for all vendors

Set up and break down must be included in the hours you book

A member of our staff will be onsite in a separate office

Music must be kept at a reasonable level respectful of our neighbors

No live music or performances

No shooting allowed in the staircase or hallways of the building

No roof access

Windows must remain closed at all times

All deliveries prior to shoot must be arrange with host.
